that the donations assist with are the monthly Pay & Win Contest
(where each tenant who has their rent paid in full by the end of
the first working day of the month has their name entered into a
draw for a $50 food voucher), and the Lawn & Garden Contest
(where tenants beautify their lawns and gardens to win food vouchers.)
