Tenant Repair Requests

EMERGENCY REPAIRS are to be called into the NPSDC office at (705) 674-9996 or 1-800-300-6713 (toll free) as soon as the situation is discovered.

 

Procedure to follow for non-urgent repair requests:

Please complete the Tenant Request for Repairs form available at the Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation (NPSDC) office, or print a form by clicking on the following link and submit it to the office in person or by regular mail. The form may also be completed online or scanned and emailed in "PDF" format.

Please include the nature of the problem, it's location, how the damage happened (if known), when it happened, and a phone number so that we can contact you about the issue. 

The Tenant Request for Repairs form can be scanned or completed digitally and sent to our office by email at info@nativehousing.org  It can also be printed and faxed to (705) 674-8056, or mailed/delivered to Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation at 68 Xavier Street, Sudbury, Ontario P3C 2B9.
