The Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation (NPSDC) Board of Directors currently consists of the following volunteers:
James (Jim) King-Séguin was born in Iroquois Falls, Ontario. He moved to Sudbury to attend Laurentian University. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Native Studies and Law & Justice, he was hired as the Housing Coordinator for Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation in 1984. When first hired, he was the only employee of the corporation and was responsible for all duties required to manage 31 housing units scattered throughout Sudbury.
Over the subsequent years the corporation's portfolio and staff grew in number which resulted in his job title being changed to Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, James currently oversees the management of 106 housing units and a staff of three.
After work hours, James enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Photography, gardening, cooking, listening to music, reading, walking and swimming are favourite pastimes.
Marilyn Cada has been working as part of the Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation management team since 1992.
Marilyn was raised in Sheshegwaning First Nation on Manitoulin Island. After high school she attended Georgian College in Barrie and later Ontario Business College in Sudbury, where she obtained a diploma in Business Administration.
In her spare time, Marilyn enjoys listening to music, working out, reading, going for walks, visiting with family and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.

Before working for Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation, Jasmine was a Housing Assistant for the Canadian Red Cross and a Support Worker for Sudbury Developmental Services.
When she is not at work Jasmine enjoys spending time with her three children, hiking, travelling, exercising, watching movies, and camping.

John has a wealth of experience with both "hands on" repair work and supervising repairs in rental units. In the past he worked with various construction companies in positions ranging from labourer, framer, to supervisor. Before joining the Native People of Sudbury Development Corporation team, John owned and operated a property management and renovations company, managing units owned by various landlords. John also has experience filing applications and attending hearings at the Landlord and Tenant Board.
John attended Cambrian College and completed the Electrical Fundamentals program.
He is a caring, loving father, having raised his daughter as a single parent since she was three years old.
